RETURNS
Return Time Frames
Full-Price Items
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for full-price items. All items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags still attached.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of damage, and have the original tags attached.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
How You'll Receive Your Refund
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Gift Card
If you pay with a gift card, we'll issue a gift voucher.
Card Payments
For credit or debit card payments, please allow 5-7 business days post inspection of the returned items for the refund to appear on your statement. If you prefer, you can request a gift voucher or credit note instead of a refund to your original payment method.
Post Pay or Tabby
If you used post pay or tabby to make your purchase, your items are eligible for refund only and cannot be exchanged.
International Returns (Outside UAE)
For orders shipped outside the UAE, we currently offer refunds only. Exchanges are not available for international orders currently. The same return timeframes apply: 14 days for full-price items and 7 days for sale items from the date you receive your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for international orders. The return shipping fee will be collected by DHL at the time of pickup or deducted from your refund, depending on your location.
How To Return International Orders
To return items from outside the UAE, visit our returns & exchanges page and select the items you want to return. We'll send you a prepaid DHL return label via email. Print and attach the label to your package, and we'll schedule a pickup with DHL from your delivery address. Please only use the DHL prepaid return label we provide to ensure your shipment is trackable. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost using any other shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, we'll process your refund.
What Happens With Late Returns?
All returns must be in their original and unworn condition with the original tags still attached. If your return arrives after the applicable deadline has expired (14 days for full-price items or 7 days for sale items), your items will be automatically reshipped back to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for orders shipped within the UAE only. For orders shipped outside the UAE, we currently offer refunds only and are unable to process exchanges for international orders at this time.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@lcofficial.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item in question. We promise that one of our representatives will reply and follow up within 48 hours.
Tracking Your Return
We promise to update you on every step of the way. You'll receive email notifications throughout your refund process, so you always know the status of your return.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
All returns require proof of purchase or a receipt, and each item will be reviewed individually upon return.
For international returns, please use only the DHL label we provide to ensure your shipment is trackable, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost using other shipping methods.
